The service at this hotel was just superb. the staff were incredibly knowledgeable while also being super down to earth and really friendly. They were so trained as hoteliers and knew what their customers appreciate. the breakfast spread was wonderful with a buffet to start, offering cereals including a range of gluten-free products, cheeses, meats, smoked salmon. the Christmas lunch with Champagne was a highlight, and the evening buffet was a treat. the spa and wellness center was top-notch with fantastic facilities, including a sauna, jacuzzi, and various massage options. the indoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxation.

The garden area at the hotel is quite small, making it hard to find a comfortable lounging spot outside. Some of the chairs were uncomfortable wicker ones;

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff here truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. From the warm and friendly check-in staff to the attentive and helpful waiting staff, their service is impeccable. The attention to detail in the room decor is divine, and the beds are so comfy that you literally sink into them. The spa here is stunning, and I could have spent all day relaxing in the jacuzzi and enjoying the calming atmosphere. The location of this place is also perfect, as it is outside of the nearby villages and provides a peaceful and serene setting.

I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends. The staff here deliver a fantastic service, and the amenities and facilities available are top-notch.

Dormy House is a really special hotel. Service is first-class: unobtrusive but always there. Food is magnificent - imaginative and beautifully presented. Our suite was large, immaculately clean and with all mod cons. We had a delightful stay.

We really enjoyed staying here at this place, as the room had a lovely balcony.

This was our 3rd visit in 7 months, it's such a peaceful place to get away from it all. The staff are very willing to help and make your stay as comfortable as possible, the rooms are luxurious providing everything you need and the food in the dining room is out of this world!

The towels in the rooms are the only thing that aren't luxurious!

the location offered stunning views of the surrounding countryside. the restaurant had a variety of options for different dietary needs, including a standout vegetarian dish. the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay, making me feel welcomed and attended to. the room I stayed in was warm and cozy, and the bathroom had luxurious amenities. the buffet breakfast was delicious and offered a wide selection. the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Excellent staff... really very, very good! Comfortable room and lovely general ambience. Fantastic log fire in the main lounge.

Standard of dining was not as good as expected. Limited and rather dull vegetarian options.

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at this hotel. The spa was amazing, and we had a relaxing massage. The location was perfect, nestled in the midst of lush greenery. The food was simply divine, and we enjoyed a lavish Christmas dinner with all the traditional trimmings.

The wait for the dinner was too long, and we had to wait for over an hour to get our food. the rooms were a bit small, and we found it challenging to manage our luggage.

As soon as you step inside Dormy House, you feel relaxed and well looked after. The lounges are very comfortable as are the rooms. The food in the Brasserie was faultless and the staff couldn't have been more helpful with my son who is unable to eat dairy or soya. A fantastic stay and we are already looking forward to our next stay in the Summer! :)

The standard room was a bit tired.

I absolutely loved the warm and friendly welcome I received from the check-in staff. The attention to detail in the decor of the room was divine, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The hotel facilities, including the spa and the Back Garden restaurant, were fantastic and had a lovely atmosphere. The breakfast was superb, and the staff were very attentive. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to Broadway Tower and transportation options.

Understated luxury on a grand scale, everything about Dormy House is stylish and relaxing. Food was excellent and we had a wonderful time .will definately make a return visit.

My partner likes real ale and the quality of the beer that was available was poor,more care needs to be taken to serve a decent pint.
